Description
We are seeking an experienced Collection Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing collections and leading teams to ensure timely and effective collection of receivables.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the collections process to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Manage and lead a team of collection agents to achieve collection targets.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies and practices.
- Analyze and report on collection metrics and performance.
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders regarding payment issues.
- Resolve disputes and negotiate payment plans with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in collections.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in collections or credit management.
- Strong understanding of collection processes and best practices.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using collection software and CRM systems.
- Analytical skills to assess and improve collection strategies.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
