Role & responsibilities

We are looking for MBA/PGDM graduates to join as Collection Manager Management Trainees. The role involves managing collection operations, monitoring team performance, and achieving collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily collection activities and targets.
• Coordinate and guide collection executives/field teams.
• Track team performance and prepare MIS reports.
• Handle customer follow-ups and collection-related issues.
• Analyze collection data and identify performance gaps.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
• Support strategies to improve collection efficiency.

Eligibility & Skills

• MBA/PGDM graduates from the 2025–2026 batch.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented with leadership potential.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
