Collection Head

Location - Noida sector - 6

Notice period - Immediate joiner or max 1 week only

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day collection operations across assigned loan portfolios.
• Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies to reduce

delinquency and NPAs.

• Lead, train, and monitor tele-calling and field collection teams to achieve monthly

targets.

• Track collection performance, aging buckets, and portfolio health through MIS and

dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies during collection

activities.

• Handle escalated, high-risk, or sensitive cases with negotiation and resolution skills.
• Coordinate with legal, recovery agencies, and internal stakeholders for hard-bucket

accounts.

• Improve customer experience by promoting ethical, customer-friendly collection practices .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 12 + years of experience in collections or recovery (NBFC, fintech, or banking preferred).
• Strong understanding of loan products, collection cycles, and recovery processes
