Collection Field Officer, FIeld Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage debt collection activities for unsecured loans, including identifying delinquent accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and executing loan recoveries.
• Conduct field collections by visiting customers' premises to collect payments or arrange for repossession of assets if necessary.
• Analyze NPA (Non-Performing Asset) portfolios to identify trends and areas for improvement in debt recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in debt collection, loan collection, or related fields such as business loan processing or NBFC operations.
• Strong knowledge of debt management principles, practices, and regulations governing unsecured loans.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers during field visits.
• Ability to analyze financial data using tools like Excel or other software applications.
