Collection Executive

Role & responsibilities

Manage collection and recovery of overdue loan installments (EMIs).

Conduct field visits and follow up with customers for timely payments

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer queries.

Maintain collection records, reports, and recovery updates.

Coordinate with branch and internal teams to ensure effective debt management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Collections, Recovery, BFSI, Finance, or Field Operations preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for field collection activities.
• Basic knowledge of loan products and collection processes is an added advantage.
