Job Description Malayalam-Speaking DRA-Certified Candidates

Position: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA)

Project: Indian Overseas Bank (IOB)

Language Required: Malayalam

Location: As per project requirement

Job Responsibilities:

Handle debt recovery and collection-related activities in accordance with bank policies.

Communicate with customers in Malayalam regarding overdue payments and repayment options.

Follow ethical recovery practices and maintain professional customer relationships.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.

Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

Valid DRA certification is mandatory.

Fluency in speaking Malayalam is essential.

Good customer-handling and communication skills.

Previous experience in banking, collections, or debt recovery will be preferred.

Ability to follow the assigned work schedule and project requirements.
