Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct field collections through visits to customers' premises to collect payments or negotiate settlements.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during collections processes.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone calls, emails, and physical meetings.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan disbursements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in collections, recovery, or a similar role in the NBFC industry.
  
• Strong understanding of bucket management principles for effective portfolio allocation.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls or face-to-face interactions.
