Job Description

HuskPower Systems (Husk”) is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Ground Collection Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Ground Collection Executive/Agent, right candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient recovery of outstanding debts. He/She will be responsible for conducting field visits, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining positive relationships with clients

What this will entail:

• Achieving the Payment collection target every month.
• Maintain cordial communication with all clients.
• Resolve collection related queries of clients.
• Assist daily/weekly collection reporting and target setting
• Report customer grievances promptly
• Ability to commute/relocate

Who should apply:

• 1-2 years of experience in credit and collections
• Clear and assertive communication
• Timely follow ups & punctuality skills
• Rapport building skills
• Candidates with experience in ground collection of Banks/NBFCs like HDFC, Bajaj Finance, TVS credit etc will be preferred
• Bachelor’s/diploma degree - optional
