Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage collections process from start to finish, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts.
• Identify and resolve customer queries related to billing, payments, and account management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to improve payment behavior and reduce delinquencies.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for improving customer engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in collections or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
• Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers over phone calls.
