Collection Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive to manage customer repayments and ensure timely collection of outstanding loan dues.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp and SMS for repayment follow-ups
• Follow up on upcoming and overdue loan payments
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
• Maintain accurate collection records in the LMS/CRM
• Follow the defined collection process and communication guidelines
• Track customer commitments and ensure timely follow-up
• Escalate difficult or overdue accounts to the senior collection team
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounts for payment reconciliation
• Maintain professional and compliant communication with customers

Requirements: -

• 1-3 years of experience in collections, fintech, NBFC, banking or financial services
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making high-volume customer calls
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
• Target-oriented and disciplined
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally
