Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage debt recovery operations for assigned accounts, ensuring timely payment from customers.
• Conduct field visits to meet with customers, negotiate settlements, and resolve issues related to loan repayment.
• Process customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner while maintaining high levels of service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in banking collection or similar industry.
• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and regulations regarding loan disbursement and recovery procedures.
