Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage loan collections by identifying delinquent accounts, contacting customers, and negotiating payments.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for debt recovery through phone calls, emails, or visits.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and update the database accordingly.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on overdue payments to minimize write-offs.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in collections or related field (banking/finance).
