Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection process from initial stages to final realization, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
  
• Conduct field visits to meet with customers, negotiate settlements, and resolve disputes related to write-offs.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
