About this role
Role & responsibilities
Zylo various Banks aur NBFCs ke saath partner ke roop mein kaam karta hai. Funding partner Bank/NBFC ki hoti hai, jabki disbursement coordination aur collection Zylo ki responsibility hoti hai. Collection Officer ko pre-disbursement verification aur overdue/arrear cases mein client visits karni hongi. EMI collection normally 100% online rahegi.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate field work aur customer interaction mein comfortable ho. Own bike aur valid driving licence preferred hai. Regularly up to 100 km travel karne aur zarurat par assigned state ke andar bus/train se longer-distance travel ke liye ready ho. Basic smartphone usage, communication aur reporting skills required hain.
