Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of International BPO Voice experience is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English communication.
• Experience handling international customers.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Maximum age: 42 years.
• Career gap should not exceed 4–5 months.
• Comfortable working in a Work From Home environment.

• Company-provided desktop/setup as applicable.
• 100 Mbps+ stable Wi-Fi/internet connection mandatory.
