Collection Executive - Tractor LOAN

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle collection activities for tractor loan customers.
• Follow up with overdue customers for EMI payments.
• Visit customers in the field for recovery and relationship management.
• Maintain daily collection reports and customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account updates and resolution.
• Achieve monthly collection targets.
• Handle delinquent accounts and minimize overdue cases.

Required Skills:

• Basic collection and recovery knowledge.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Field work handling experience.
• Customer relationship management.
• Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
• Ability to handle pressure and targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in NBFC or banking collection profile preferred.
• Candidate should own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Local area knowledge will be an advantage.
