Collection Executive(Personal Loan)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage collection activities for assigned Personal Loan accounts.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
• Handle assigned accounts as per the defined collection process and targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment follow-ups.
• Achieve individual and team collection targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer-related collection issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Graduation / HSC
• DRA Certification: Mandatory
• Experience: Prior experience in FF & Bucket 1 collections Personal Loans is mandatory.
• Candidates should have good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under collection targets and deadlines.
