Collection Executive NPA Cell Collection

Role & responsibilities

• Manage collection and recovery of NPA and overdue loan accounts.
• Conduct field visits and follow up with customers for pending payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve customer issues related to loan repayment.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Track delinquent accounts and maintain recovery records and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with branch teams to improve recovery performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 18 months of experience in Collections, Recovery, NPA Collections, or BFSI.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in field collections and customer handling.
• Ability to work independently and achieve collection targets.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
