Our end-to-end risk services span all domains, from managing strategic risks in the C-Suite to improving board oversight, and from balancing financial and environmental policies to addressing cyber threats.

Your work

• Experience in Agency Lending / Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) Collateral Management.
• Strong knowledge of cash, non-cash, and tri-party collateral management.
• Experience with collateral allocation, reinvestment, and multiple asset classes.
• Background in Financial Services, Asset Servicing, or Capital Markets operations.
• Ability to work closely with Operations, Technology, Risk, Product, and Trading teams.
• Hands-on Business Analyst experience including requirement gathering, BRD/FSD creation, user stories, and test cases.

Key skills required:

• 6 + Years of experience in Business Analysis & SBL or SLB.
• Own assigned initiatives, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues through delivery
• Track benefits realization and delivery outcomes across the product portfolio, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value and support operational efficiency objectives
• Leverage deep understanding of Agency Lending / Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL) Collateral Management across multiple asset classes
• Partner with Risk to proactively manage processing risk and embed appropriate controls
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure aligned and effective product delivery
• Define business problems and design solutions through detailed process mapping and analysis using tools
• Assess endtoend processes to reduce manual touchpoints, eliminate bottlenecks, and strengthen controls
• Establish close connections with business partners to assess process and system enhancement opportunities and understand business requirements.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs
• Define, measure, and track KPIs and KRIs across key milestones
• Manage project plans and milestone delivery to ensure deadlines are clearly defined and met
• Coordinate activities across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues, driving timely decisionmaking and progress to resolution
• Act as a liaison across workstreams to drive alignment on plans, status, and risk reporting
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business requirements and support successful releases
• Support strategic initiatives, technology enhancements, and ad hoc requests
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across the Operations user base
• Establish forums for ongoing engagement with stakeholders, acting as the point of contact for product related questions and ongoing collaboration
• Communicate program and project status to senior management and stakeholders on a regular and ad hoc basis
