Job Summary

Hiring an Associate Collateral Processing to manage daily activities related to Agency Lending, Collateral, Exposure and Settlements across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Agency Lending collateral and exposure processing.
• Monitor margin calls, collateral trades and settlements.
• Perform reconciliation and resolve operational breaks.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, triparty agents, counterparties and internal teams.
• Prepare billing, MIS and management reports.
• Ensure daily controls, SLA and process deadlines are met.
• Escalate exceptions and operational incidents.
• Support client onboarding, SOP updates and training of new joiners.

Required Skills

• Experience in Collateral Management / Securities Lending / Trade Operations / OTC Derivatives.
• Knowledge of margin, settlement and reconciliation processes.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Good analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance or equivalent.
