Cognos Admin_3+ years

We are looking for an experienced IBM Cognos Administrator/Developer to manage, administer, and support IBM Cognos Analytics environments while driving migration initiatives from Cognos 11 On-Premises to Cognos 12 Cloud. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Cognos administration, Framework Manager modeling, report troubleshooting, Cognos architecture, and cloud migration. Experience with BI platforms, data warehousing concepts, SQL, and performance tuning is highly desirable. Mandatory Skills

• Plan and execute migration from Cognos 11 On-Premises to Cognos 12 Cloud.
• Migrate reports, packages, data sources, Framework Manager models, and configurations.
• Perform CQM to DQM conversion and resolve compatibility issues.
• Design and maintain Framework Manager relational and DMR models.
• Configure Cognos security, authentication, and user access.
• Troubleshoot report failures, query issues, metadata problems, and performance bottlenecks.
• Configure and validate drill-through definitions and report navigation.
• Support Cognos Transformer models and PowerCubes where required.
• Collaborate with DBA, ETL, and infrastructure teams for database connectivity, security, and performance optimization.
• Validate SQL queries and optimize report execution.
