JD:

• Audit existing tool instances across teams and prepare a migration plan with rollback strategy
• Install and configure GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nexus on self-managed RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu servers
• Configure reverse proxy (Nginx/Apache), SSL certificates, LDAP/AD integration, and firewall rules
• Migrate GitLab repositories preserving full history, branches, pipelines, and CI/CD configs
• Export and re-import Jenkins jobs, credentials, shared libraries, and pipeline definitions
• Migrate SonarQube projects, quality profiles, quality gates, and historical analysis data
• Migrate Nexus artifacts across Maven, npm, and raw repository formats
• Re-validate end-to-end CI/CD pipeline integrations post-migration
• Migrate user accounts, groups, and RBAC across all tools
• Deliver as-built documentation, operational runbooks, and conduct internal knowledge transfer
• No cloud-only profiles
