COE Lead - IDT

Purpose/Objective

To lead and govern the end-to-end Indirect Tax function across multiple legal entities by ensuring accurate and timely computation of tax liabilities, statutory compliance, return filings, and regulatory reporting.
Drive a robust control environment for audits, assessments, and litigation management while leading a high-performing team, championing automation and digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating with GPOs and cross-functional stakeholders to standardize processes, enhance compliance, mitigate tax risks, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities of Role

- 100% timely and accurate filing of GST and other indirect tax compliances.
- Effective management of audits, assessments, notices, and litigation matters.
- Strong governance and risk management framework for indirect taxes.
- Process standardization and automation to improve productivity and reduce manual interventions.
- Capability development of tax teams and succession readiness.
- Successful delivery of group-wide transformation and digitalization projects in collaboration with GPOs and business stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

CA/CMA with 8-10 Years of Experience in Indirect Tax SAP Knowledge is Added Advantage
