* Broker & distribution excellence – broker segmentation, wallet mapping, conversion analytics and differentiated engagement models.

* Digital commercial journeys – drive quote-to-bind automation, APIs, OCR, data enrichment and straight-through processing.

* Emerging risks & ecosystem partnerships – develop capabilities around Cyber, Renewables, Data Centers, BESS, GCCs and new-age risks.

* Business excellence & knowledge hub – competitor intelligence, best practices, training, dashboards and cross-functional execution support.
