About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AS400 applications using Cobol programming language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop complex database queries using SQL and JCL to extract data from various sources.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, security, and integration with other systems.
Job Requirements :
- 4-15 years of experience in developing AS400 applications using Cobol programming language.
- Strong understanding of ISeries platform including its architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries for querying large datasets using JCL.
