Co2 Welder

Role & responsibilities

• Perform CO2/MIG welding for fabrication and assembly of agricultural machinery and tractor components.
• Read basic fabrication drawings and understand dimensions.
• Perform welding on MS sheets, pipes, angles, channels and fabricated structures.
• Ensure proper weld strength, finish and dimensional accuracy.
• Carry out grinding, fitting and finishing work when required.
• Set welding parameters and operate CO2/MIG welding machines safely.
• Inspect welded components for defects and rework where necessary.
• Maintain welding machine, tools and workplace.
• Follow production targets, quality standards and safety procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI Welder / Fitter preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in CO2/MIG welding.
• Experience in fabrication or agricultural machinery manufacturing preferred.
• Good hands-on welding skill with clean and strong weld finish.
• Able to understand basic drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of grinder, drilling machine and fabrication tools is an advantage.
• Hardworking, disciplined and willing to work in a production environment.
• Candidates from Baramati or nearby areas preferred.
