Co-Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

This job is responsible for quality, costs and timing within project phases of development projects from gateway 1 to 5 with low or middle complexity*. Additionally in charge of planning, controlling and tracking of development projects.

Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality and budget constraints. Therefore, they are required to have general project management skills as well as some foundational knowledge in the specific area in order to advise on scope changes, QA and other more technical aspects of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving customer and Webasto milestones, customer PPAP approval
• Budget and resource planning
• Preparation of gateway and steering committee meetings
• Presenting and representation of the project internally and towards customers
• Meet product platforms and use of standard parts
• Change Management
• Meet project management standard processes, methods and tools
• Functional leadership of the cross-functional development project teams
