Co-Founder (Tech, Product & Operations) — Sako Sako is an AI-powered adaptive running coach built for the modern runner. Personalized training plans, real-time audio coaching, and fatigue detection — designed to make professional-grade coaching accessible to every runner in India and beyond. We are launching next month. The product is built, the team is in place, and we have a community of 2,500+ runners already waiting. We are now looking for the right co-founder to own tech, product, and operations as we scale.

The Role This is a founding seat — not a hire. You will have full ownership over how we build, what we ship, and how we scale. You will work directly with the founding team to drive Sako from launch to market leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in tech and product — consumer apps, health/fitness, or B2C platforms preferred
• Ability to lead engineering decisions and manage technical execution
• Operational mindset — you build systems, not just features
• Comfortable in early-stage, fast-moving environments
• Aligned on long-term vision, not short-term compensation
• Comfortable in investing some capital in the early stages.
