About Edzopp
Edzopp is building a learner-first platform that helps people discover, evaluate and make better-informed decisions about education.
We're looking for a serious founding operator to take ownership of technology, marketing and growth.
This is not a conventional CTO/CMO position.
You will be expected to build, test, execute and take ownership.
What you'll own
Technology
Product and technology roadmap
Website/platform development
Product analytics and tracking
CRM and marketing integrations
Automation and internal systems
Managing developers or external technical resources where required
Improving the product based on user behaviour and feedback
Marketing & Growth
Overall growth strategy and execution
Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid acquisition
Campaign setup, optimisation and reporting
Landing pages and conversion funnels
SEO and organic growth
Content and social media strategy
Creative testing and CRO
Partnerships and alternative acquisition channels
Tracking CAC, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS and other relevant metrics
Brand
Edzopp's positioning and messaging
Content across relevant platforms
Founder/company thought leadership
Building trust around Edzopp as an education decision platform
Who we're looking for
You should be someone who can actually execute.
We're particularly interested in people with experience in:
Building technology/products from an early stage
Running and scaling paid advertising
Google Ads / Meta Ads
Performance marketing
Growth funnels and conversion optimisation
Analytics and attribution
SEO/content
Product development
Building or scaling startups
You don't need to be exceptional at everything.
But you must be capable of owning your function without being hand-held.
Most importantly
We're looking for a co-founder, not someone looking for a fancy title.
You should be comfortable with:
There is a problem. Figure it out. Build something. Test it. Measure it. Fix it.
There will be ambiguity. There will be things that don't work.
That's part of the job.
Compensation
We're open to different structures depending on the person:
Equity-only, paid, or a combination of compensation + equity.
The structure will depend on experience, commitment, responsibilities and the level of ownership you're prepared to take.
