NinjaHelp helps Indian households find trusted, verified help for their homes: elder-care attendants, nannies and cooks. Every worker clears four checks before a family meets them. Saathi by NinjaHelp gives the workers better jobs, at zero cost to them.

We're live in Delhi-NCR, with Bangalore and Mumbai next. Home help is one of the largest categories in urban India that still has no trusted national brand. We're looking for a co-founder to build that brand.

What you'll own

• Brand: positioning, voice and identity for NinjaHelp and Saathi, and making verified mean something to families

• Demand: performance marketing, SEO, referrals, RWA and society partnerships, BTL activations and PR

• Conversion and retention, from the first enquiry to a household that stays with us and refers others

• City launches as we expand beyond Delhi-NCR

• The story: founder-led content, media and the investor narrative, alongside the CEO

• Building and leading the marketing team

You might be the one if you

• have 7+ years in consumer marketing or growth, ideally at a consumer internet, marketplace or home-services company

• have owned a budget and a number (CAC, conversion, revenue), not just campaigns

• combine brand craft with comfort in data

• are hands-on enough to write the copy and run the campaign yourself in year one

• understand Indian urban households and can speak to both families and workers
