Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented VMC/VMC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC/ Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for precision manufacturing operations. The candidate should be able to read engineering drawings, monitor machining processes, and ensure production quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate VMC/CNC machines according to production requirements
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders
• Set machine parameters, tools, and offsets
• Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality
• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Maintain production records and reports
• Follow workplace safety and quality procedures

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations
• Understanding of G-code and M-code basics
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Familiarity with measuring instruments
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic troubleshooting skills
