Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turning machines to produce high-quality parts with accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Read engineering drawings, understand product specifications, and program CNC machines accordingly.
  
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience operating CNC turning machines or similar equipment.
  
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, programming CNC machines using G-code or other programming languages (e.g., M-code).
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, including mechanics of materials science.
