CNC Turn-Mill & 5-Axis VMC (Haas) Operator Setter

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Turn-Mill and Haas 5-axis VMC machines.
• Load and verify CNC programs.
• Set tools, fixtures, work offsets, and tool offsets.
• Perform first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Monitor tool wear and optimize machining processes.
• Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Follow quality, safety, and production requirements.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of CNC setup experience.
• Experience with Haas controls and 5-axis machining.
• Knowledge of G-code, tooling, work offsets, and precision inspection.
