Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Setter with experience in setting and operating CNC machines. The candidate should be able to perform machine setup, tool offset correction, first-piece inspection, and ensure quality production as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC Turning/Machining Center machines for production.
• Load tools, fixtures, and work offsets.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings & GD&T.
• Perform first-off inspection using measuring instruments.
• Monitor machining quality and make offset corrections.
• Reduce setup time and support continuous production.
• Follow 5S and safety standards in the shop floor.

• Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge
