Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, and ArtCAM to develop and optimize CNC programs for precision cutting, engraving, and panel processing.
The candidate will be responsible for converting design files into machine-ready programs, ensuring production accuracy, minimizing material wastage, and maintaining quality standards.
The role requires a strong technical understanding of CNC routing machines, especially in WPC, MDF, and panel-based manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify CNC programs using AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, and ArtCAM
Convert 2D drawings and design files into machine-readable G-code
Prepare nesting layouts to optimize material usage and reduce wastage
Operate and monitor CNC routing machines for cutting, engraving, and shaping
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance as per drawings
Coordinate with design and production teams for job execution
Troubleshoot programming and machine-related issues
Maintain a program library and machine documentation
Perform test runs and ensure error-free output before mass production
Follow safety standards and machine maintenance guidelines
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Working knowledge of CorelDRAW
Hands-on experience in ArtCAM
Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and tooling
Knowledge of nesting and material optimization
Ability to read technical drawings
Basic understanding of G-code programming
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
Experience
2–5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the panel, WPC, furniture, interior, or door manufacturing industry preferred
Education
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, CNC Programming, or a related field preferred
