## Job Summary

Janatics is looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Turning Machine Programmer & Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bawal. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC programming, machine operation, and troubleshooting with Fanuc and GSK CNC Controllers.

## Key Responsibilities

* Program, set up, and operate CNC Turning Machines.

* Prepare and modify CNC programs as per production requirements.

* Work on Fanuc and GSK CNC Controllers efficiently.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

* Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset adjustments.

* Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and productivity standards.

* Conduct first-piece inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy.

* Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.

* Ensure preventive maintenance and proper machine upkeep.

* Maintain production records and quality documentation.

## Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of CNC Turning Machine programming and operation.

* Hands-on experience with *Fanuc & GSK CNC Controllers*.

* Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

* Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.

* Understanding of quality standards and manufacturing practices.

* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

## Qualification

* ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

## Experience

* 2 to 5 years of experience in CNC Turning Machine Programming and Operation.
