CNC Shift Production Supervisor

Location: SIPCOT Vallam, Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day CNC production and ensure hourly production targets are achieved.
• Monitor and record hourly output, machine utilization, and production performance.
• Handle insert changes and tool changes and ensure timely tool availability.
• Manage coolant and cutting oil levels, usage, and basic maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with the manpower agency for operator availability, attendance, and manpower requirements.
• Ensure smooth shift handover and effective manpower allocation across machines.
• Monitor production quality and immediately report machine, tooling, or quality issues.
• Maintain proper production records and communicate shift performance to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in CNC production supervision/shift handling, preferably in a machining environment.
• Good knowledge of CNC turning operations, inserts, tooling, coolant, and production monitoring.
• Ability to manage operators and coordinate with manpower agencies.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates residing near Sriperumbudur/Vallam are preferred, or candidates willing to relocate.
