Role & responsibilities

1. Machine Cleaning and Operation
2. Maintaining 5S in the work area
3. Hourly production monitoring and updating production charts
4. Maintenance and operation of 4 CNC machines
5. Part inspection as per quality standards
6. Material loading in the machine
7. CNC machine operation
8. Daily maintenance checklist updating
9. Tool changing and tool offset correction
10. 5M / abnormality handling
11. Understanding and following SOPs
12. Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, etc.
13. Ability to work in shifts and achieve production targets
14. Experience in CNC Sliding Head Machine operation will be highly preferred
