Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the machine shop, including scheduling, quality control, and inventory management.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and operators to achieve production goals.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to engineering drawings, PPC (Production Planning & Control), VMC programming (Virtual Machining Center).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in CNC Machine Shop & Production Management.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong knowledge of PPC, VMC programming, manpower handling, leadership skills.
