Cnc Machine Operator ( PRESS BRAKE, FIBER Laser, Shearing)

About the role

Voltra Systems is a National LT panel and busbar trunking plant at Zaheerabad. You will run our sheet metal line, which turns CRCA and GI sheet into panel enclosures and busbar housings. so your role covers cutting, punching, and bending to drawing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the CNC press brake, shearing, and punching machines
• Read fabrication drawings and produce parts to dimension and tolerance
• Select tools and dies, set back-gauges, and run trial pieces before batch production
• Check parts with vernier, tape, and angle gauges, and record first-piece inspection
• Carry out daily machine checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance
• Follow safety practice, keep the work area organised, and record daily output
• Prepare parts for dispatch to the outsourced powder coating vendor

Requirements

• 26 years operating CNC press brake and/or shearing machines
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments
• Experience in electrical panel enclosure fabrication is preferred

Willingness to work in shifts as required
