About this role
Role & responsibilities
1.Create and validate CMM programs for new and existing components.
2. Perform dimensional inspection of components using CMM.
3.Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications for CMM programming.
4. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications for CMM programming.
5. Modify and optimize CMM programs whenever required.
6. Verify the accuracy of CMM measurement results before releasing reports.
7. Maintain CMM equipment and ensure routine verification/calibration is carried out.
8. Report dimensional non-conformities to the Quality Manager and maintain inspection records.
