Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the FMCG industry.
• Analyze customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Develop primary research plans to gather data on consumer behavior, preferences, and pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into business decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-13 years of experience in market analysis or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Market Research principles and methodologies (e.g., qualitative & quantitative).
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and present findings effectively.
• Experience working in an agile environment with multiple stakeholders.
