• Manage and maintain CMDB and Configuration Item (CI) data.
• Implement configuration management best practices and CMDB governance.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve root causes.
• Lead CI discovery and improve configuration management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
