Industry: Apparel / Textile preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse business MIS, management reports and dashboards.
• Analyse revenue, cost, profitability, productivity and operational performance.
• Support management with data-driven insights and business recommendations.
• Prepare monthly/weekly performance reports and variance analysis.
• Work with Finance, Operations, Procurement, PPC and other functions to collect and validate business data.
• Identify trends, cost-saving opportunities and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of business data.
• Assist in automation and improvement of existing MIS and reporting processes.

Desired Skills:

• CMA Qualified with 02 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Costing, MIS and Business Analysis.
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates from manufacturing / apparel / textile industry will be preferred.
• Fresh CMA qualifiers with strong analytical skills can also be considered.
