Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in cost audits, intercompany accounting, and other financial analysis tasks.
  
• Conduct data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  
• Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis using advanced Excel skills.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies.
  
• Develop strong understanding of company's business operations through process knowledge.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in Cost Management or related field (CMA Fresher/ICWA Inter).
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com, etc.).
  
• Advanced Excel skills with expertise in pivot tables, macros, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP formulas.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
