Job Responsibility:
- Store wise execution across region as per guidelines shared from SO VM Creative lead under guidance of Execution VM Lead (PROMOS + WEEKLY GUIDES + NSO)
- VM Expenses control across region
- Training of DM and Fashion consultant
- Daily VM checklist maintenance per region along with store teams.
- Weekly review of region (including sell through) with execution of VM lead and OPS head
- Vendor development
- Store visit as per ROTA
