Job Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of technical staff within the assigned cluster, including performance management, training, and development.
- Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with overall business objectives and corporate IT policies.
- Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud environments.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all technical systems and data within the cluster, adhering to best practices and compliance requirements.
- Manage IT budgets, procurements, and vendor relationships for technical equipment and services across the cluster.
- Collaborate with other cluster managers and central IT teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in technical operations.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to resolve complex issues and minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, implementing proactive measures for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical systems and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident response as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing technical teams across multiple locations or a clustered environment.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, server operating systems (Windows and Linux), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid knowledge of IT security principles, data backup and recovery strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
- Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, VCP, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned cluster.
