Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the
team.
Helping the team in sales closures.
Ensuring 4x of team cost is achieved as net revenue.
Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.
Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.
Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
Handling a team size of 10 to 12 people.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
2+ years experience in handling sales teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Good strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Compensation, Perks and Benefits:
Uncapped Incentives based on sales performance (~INR 50K plus per month on achieving
bare minimum targets & 1L plus for consistent performers)
Earn 6-8% salary hike on target based auto-appraisals and promotion every 3 months
5 Day work week

Earn ESOPs on every deal closed
Earn 25% Incentives upon overachieving base team targets
