Cluster Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products in the assigned cluster
• Manage and lead a team of Area Sales Managers / Relationship Managers
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
• Develop and expand sourcing channels such as DSA, connectors, builders, and brokers
• Ensure strong pipeline management and conversion of leads
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and channel partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

Key Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
• 510 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales
• Minimum 23 years of team handling experience
• Strong knowledge of secured lending products
• Good network with DSAs, builders, and local market
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
