Cluster Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the sales team
Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
Oversee recruiting, setting team objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and partnering with them.
Identify and approach government bodies and corporate clients to target key sectors.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation and closing.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
